UHSM Celebrates National Healthcare Quality Week

October 25, 2022 : Unite Health Share Ministries™ (UHSM), a nonprofit, faith-based healthcare-sharing ministry endowing Christian believers via member-to-member healthcare-sharing memberships, proudly joins the National Association for Healthcare Quality® (NAHQ) in observing Healthcare Quality Week, October 16 – 22, 2022. Dedicated to sustaining healthcare professionals committed to improving healthcare quality and patient protection, UHSM is spreading cognition of healthcare resources through its lifestyle and health blog, social media, and website.

“UHSM employs the community for a preventative and proactive approach through bonuses and a holistic approach towards wellness,” stated Christopher Jin, President of UHSM. “We focus on supporting each member via mind, body and spirit, promoting and connecting our associates to resources and subscription services, such as Noom, Right Now Media, Fitbod and the International Christian Coaching Institute. We are always expanding the resources public to our members and can’t wait to sustain quality healthcare every day of the year, not just during National Healthcare Quality Week.”

Established in 1976, the NAHQ is dedicated to healthcare quality professionals, supplying them with the tools to advance the initiative’s standard of excellence. NAHQ’s competency growth with healthcare professionals and organizations has established healthcare quality as a essential profession in healthcare. Recognizing quality competencies are critical to improving safety and equity and reducing variability in delivery, it delivers the only accredited certification in healthcare quality, the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ), and pioneered the only Healthcare Quality Competency Framework. The NAHQ is concentrated on developing a competent workforce across the healthcare field by supplying educational programs, networking possibilities, and career resources for these professionals.

Based on a preventative, contemporary approach to healthcare, UHSM shares in the costs associated with healthcare. With various partnerships, its members have access to programs that provide community support and quality healthcare and connect members with valuable resources, including nonprofit Cancer Kinship; mental health expert and author Brittney Moses; motivational speaker and extreme endurance cyclist Grant Lottering; podcast and ministry, the Female Athlete Mission (‘The FAM,’); and youth-centered, Fireside Ministry.
