June 14, 2023 : Houston-based integrated service provider network, Rosarium Health, has successfully raised $1.7 million in Pre-Seed funding. The funding round was led by Primetime Partners and Rock Health Capital, with participation from Tundra Ventures, Flare Capital Partners, Sequential Ventures, and Groundbreak Ventures.
The company plans to utilize the funds to further enhance its marketplace platform, expanding its services to cater to individual households, hospital systems, and provider organizations.
Under the leadership of CEO Cameron Carter, Rosarium Health functions as a platform that connects clients with service providers such as home contractors and occupational therapists. Their main objective is to facilitate accessible home assessments and modifications for clients’ primary residences, rental properties, or even business premises.
The company caters to individuals of all age groups, including children covered by Managed Medicaid plans, seniors enrolled in D-SNP products, and anyone who desires to age gracefully with proper accessibility.
Rosarium Health’s plans involve developing an enterprise product and establishing partnerships with accountable care organizations, community-based organizations, and payors. These strategic collaborations aim to reduce hospital readmission rates, enhance quality performance, and empower beneficiaries to live independently.
