February 24, 2023 : KeyCare, the nation’s first and only Epic-located virtual care company, announced today that Memorial Healthcare System is the newest health system to partner with KeyCare to offer patients with a high-quality virtual care understanding with licensed providers. Both adult and pediatric patients nationally now have access to Memorial’s virtual care platform MemorialDOCNow, conducted by KeyCare, for their on-demand virtual care requirements.
KeyCare lets health systems to quickly augment their care teams, optimize ability, and widen their digital front doors by collaborating with a nationwide network of virtual care providers operating on their Epic platform, which connects easily to other Epic-based health strategies.
Memorial patients can directly access the high-quality virtual care solution through Memorial’s digital front door through the health system’s MemorialDOCNow assistance and MyChart patient portal.

The Memorial is live with KeyCare, and patients can manipulate appointments with Virtualist healthcare providers through MemorialDOCNow in Memorial’s MyChart portal. Virtualists can see each patient’s Memorial data as they provide care and complete meeting details on KeyCare’s Epic platform and seamlessly share effects with a patient’s Memorial care team associates.
